Bisbee Coffee Company is shaped by a shared approach to coffee rooted in curiosity, care, and lived experience.

Rob Page co-founded Bisbee Coffee Company in 1996, and his love of coffee has deepened over nearly three decades in Bisbee. Over the years, he has trained many roasters and explored coffee cultures around the world, guided by a belief that great coffee comes from attention, humility, and consistency.

Ly brings precision, intuition, and a strong sense of service to the roastery. Raised in a family shaped by the Vietnamese refugee experience and now a Bisbee local, her work reflects both perspective and purpose. She also co-founded RG Services, a nonprofit focused on disaster relief, medical outreach, and education — a commitment that carries into how she roasts, sources, and supports the team.

Together, Rob and Ly have traveled the world in pursuit of exceptional coffee and the people behind it. Their roasting partnership is built on shared knowledge, enthusiasm, and trust, balancing research with intuition to bring out the best in every roast.
